Mallory Fisher, MS, BCBA, LBA, IBA
Founder/Clinical Director
Mallory is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Founder and Clinical Director of Changing Gears Behavioral Health & Services. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior Management. Mallory is passionate about creating an environment where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow. She believes in meeting each child where they are, celebrating progress in all its forms, and helping children develop meaningful skills that promote confidence and independence. Her vision for Changing Gears is to provide compassionate, individualized services while creating a place where children and families feel welcomed and valued.
Fun fact: Mallory’s favorite color is green, she has a hairless cat, and she loves nature, farm life, and a good glass of sweet tea. She loves to sing and often uses music as her favorite way to unwind and “change gears.” Mallory also loves self-expression and isn’t afraid to let her personality shine through the fun and unique outfits she chooses to wear! 💚
Addisyn Frederick
Family Support Specialist
Addisyn has been dedicated to helping children and families achieve meaningful progress since entering the field in 2022. As a Family Support Specialist, she works closely with families to provide guidance, support, and resources throughout their ABA journey. Addisyn is currently working toward her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis, reflecting her commitment to continued growth in the field. Her compassionate and caring nature helps her build meaningful relationships with the families she serves while supporting each child as they learn, grow, and work toward greater independence.
Fun fact: Addisyn’s favorite colors are blue, pink, and yellow, and outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids. She was a cheerleader from kindergarten through 12th grade—but despite all those years of cheerleading, she managed to break her ankle as an adult while happily skipping! 💙🩷💛
Shannon Smith
Office Manager
Shannon plays an essential role in keeping Changing Gears Behavioral Health & Services running smoothly. She supports daily operations, assists families and staff, and helps ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. With strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others, Shannon works behind the scenes to keep our clinic organized, efficient, and focused on providing exceptional care to the children and families we serve.
Fun fact: Shannon’s favorite colors are orange and peach. In her free time, she loves camping and riding side-by-sides with friends and family. Something you may not know about Shannon is that she’s an excellent baker and loves making cakes, cookies, and casseroles! 🧡

Hanna Lewis
Registered Behavior Technician
As a Registered Behavior Technician, Hanna is dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and make meaningful progress through individualized ABA services. She brings a fun, uplifting personality and positive energy to each session, creating an environment where learning is both engaging and enjoyable. Hanna enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and finding creative ways to support their individual goals. Her encouraging nature and enthusiasm help clients build confidence, develop meaningful skills, and celebrate every step of their progress along the way.
Fun fact: Hanna’s favorite color is yellow, which perfectly matches her bright and cheerful personality! Something you may not know about Hanna is that she didn’t learn how to swim until she was 26 years old, proof that it’s never too late to learn a new skill! 💛
